Ohpen’s Angelique Schouten was invited onto the Netherlands’ premier business news outlet, Business Nieuws Radio

Amsterdam, 6 February 2018. After revealing that it has completed a €25 million Series C investment round with private equity firm Amerborgh, Ohpen’s Angelique Schouten was invited onto the Netherlands’ premier business news outlet, Business Nieuws Radio (BNR) to discuss the core banking provider’s growth plans for 2018.

BNR were eager to learn more about how the Series C investment will be utilised. Schouten delved into detail on a wide range of issues, including how the funding will be deployed to build a team in the third market and to develop the Ohpen platform with country specific requirements. Schouten also discussed the five potential markets that Ohpen is considering for expansion, with a final decision to be revealed later in the year.
