Katherine was born and raised in Australia, and moved to the Netherlands in 2008. Katherine has worked in a variety of HR and payroll roles, but her real passion is People Operations. After leading a large international People Operations team for more than eight years, she moved to Ohpen in 2017 as People Operations Manager with a focus on documenting and streamlining HR processes.

In her spare time, she is a self-confessed queen of the ‘Binge-Watch’ and obsessive reader, averaging at least 50 books of year, with a personal best of 173 books in 2012. Each year she escapes the Dutch weather for a week in the sun in her second home, Greece, and every second year to Australia to be a tourist in her own country.
